Our attraction closing times & policies:
Line entry for all attractions may close up to 45 minutes before the event ends to ensure we can accommodate all guests already in line.
Retail shops remain open until closing time.
Corn pit and yard games will run until closing.
Cookie decorating will take the last guest 15 minutes prior to closing.
Food & Beverage services will take their final orders 20 minutes before closing, unless supplies run out earlier.

Yes, we offer group discounts as follows:
• Groups of 20-29 guests: 10% off
• Groups of 30-49 guests: 15% off
• Groups of 50-100 guests: 20% off
Please note that discounts do not stack—only one discount can be applied per purchase.
We do not offer refunds. Tickets are transferable to dates that match the price of your original date of purchase. Season Passes are Not Transferable. ID is required for adults Season Pass entry.
Desert Fall Festival welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date. If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund. ✨ Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.
Wearing closed-toed shoes is advised.
Children 2 and under get free admission.
If tickets are sold out online, they are also sold out in person. ✨ It is strongly recommended to purchase tickets online prior to arrival.
Wheelchairs are NOT available for rent but we are ADA & stroller accessible. ✨ Note The ground is covered with thin wood chips
If the event closes because of rain, your ticket will be transferred to another day. We do not offer refunds. Tickets are transferable to dates that match the price of your original date of purchase. Season Passes are Not Transferable. ID is required for adults Season Pass entry.
Transferring general admission tickets to another individual or another date is easy! Just show up with the purchased tickets to be scanned. General admission tickets do not require ID.
Desert Fall Festival offers a 10% discount to all military personnel with ID and up to 3 dependents. Those tickets are sold only at the door. Tickets are specially reserved for those individuals, even on sold-out nights military tickets are available for purchase.

For the safety and respect of others, the following items and behaviors are not permitted, but are not limited to:
- No drugs of any kind are allowed inside
- Desert Fall Festival is a non-smoking event
- No pet event (Service animals permitted, more information below)
- No outside food or drink
- No opened containers of any kind – exception is bottles for children
- No professional cameras (this includes small, medium, or large detachable lenses)
- No professional video or recording devices without permission. ✨ Please email info@desertfallfestival.com to request permission
- No glass containers
- Desert Fall Festival reserves the right to refuse entry
School Fundraiser FAQ's
You are welcome to attend Desert Fall Festival any day of the season! However, your school's unique fundraiser code will only provide both the discount and credit toward your school's fundraiser on the specific dates scheduled for your school’s fundraiser. Be sure to visit during those dates to ensure your purchase benefits your school.
Yes! Schools are in friendly competition. The school that raises the most through the fundraiser will receive an additional $1,000 bonus check from Desert Fall Festival, donated in January 2026.
We have specific requirements for schools participating in our fundraiser program. To apply, please email us at fundraiser@desertfallfestival.com for more information.
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the door using your school's unique fundraiser code. The credit will be applied to your school's fundraiser, and your discount will be honored. That said, we highly recommend purchasing tickets to Desert Fall Festival in advance to secure your spot.
We track each donation by guests entering their unique school code at checkout. Desert Fall Festival can host up to four school fundraisers on the same night, so it's essential to use your school's code when purchasing tickets online or at the door to ensure your school receives credit.
